Each browser has 100 research attempts per day. Counts reset at midnight UTC. Reaching 100 starts a 72-hour pause. Failed attempts count too. A browser cookie remembers your allowance.

New research is also limited to 100 attempts per day and 300 per month across ORB, and 100 per network each day. Saved orbs remain available. These limits count requests, not topics.

A recovery copy is available only to this browser for 24 hours, then removed by the hourly cleanup. Clearing this browser's cookie ends recovery access. This does not publish your orb.

Each browser can publish 10 orbs. Editing a creator page updates the same public link. You can remove new publications from their original browser. Network limits use a keyed fingerprint, not a stored raw IP address.
